Carrot Juice

How to make Carraot Juice, its simple even very simple first just grab some ingrediants and then i tell u how to go further with the same.

So the ingrediants are as below:

1. 8(Eight) Large Fresh & cleaned Carrots.
2. 1(One) Large Fresh Mint Spring.

About above the information as the Serving Size is 1(One), with 120(One Hundred Calories Per Serving and 0(Zero Grams Of Fat) means no Fat at all).
So be happy it will help you to not increase your Fat even may help in reducing.

Not to make it just start with as take out your Juicer and plug it in. Give a look and check once if the machine is clean and sterile. Next is take out all 8(eight)Carrots, and then clean them under cold fresh and in running water. Now take 1/4 of your all Carrots to reduce the stress on your machine. Now place the big/tall glass under the juice spout. Now start feefeeding the cleaned Carrots into the juicer and only 1(one) at a time. It depends on the Carrots as the moisture contents and age of the Carrots, you can adjust your proportions accordingly. As no need to mix sugar in the Carrot Juiice as Carrots Juice possess natural sugar itself.

And 1(one) tall/big glass of Carrot Juice is recommended daily intake limit. It also depends on how it affects our digestive system as it is recommended to drink the Carrot Juice during the meal or after the meal. And with the same as an optional garnish, give a fresh and cool mint sprig in your tall/big glass of Carrot Juice so add it in your ingrediants.
